Systems Training

Good morning.

Wow, cool , straight, clear training by two trainers. At lunch somehow I did something wrong. I am having head aches and my shoulders and neck are aching, too. I have pain, so I am alive. Fine.

Called my mom. She sent the international birth certificate. So another subject nearly done (register in Maastricht for Sofi number).

Waiting for my friend MB now. Hope my nerves dont work to hard then. Try to relax a bit now. Would someone give a training on that, please? ;)

... you always meet twice in life, he? Somehow its happening, that I am meeting my Kung Fu sifu again. Wow! Just forgot my pain over that. Thank you, sifu. :)

  1. relaxing exercise for every day:
    abdominal breathing - breath deep "into your stomach" and then widen it to your chest...
    gently breath out and feel the stress level falling...

    try to make this your main-breathing-technique.
    I got this from a book about communication. You stay calmer and sound calming, secure and more plausible.
    And you get enough oxygen to think in a more flexible way. :)
