• I want to ride my bicycle Sunday Sep 30st

Good morning. A very sunny Sunday today. Cant wait for next Sunday. Bi-ba-bicycle ride :D

(: Queen's Bicycle Race played by Mama's Gun :)

...Lets enjoy some online radio music. Listening to Klassikradio

Sunday again - PostSecret day.

...Oh, hey, I finally asked for some vacation in October and beginning of December. Will be great to discover town with the bicycle then. Yieppieh.

Did something for my cozy cave? Check. I dont love cleaning up. 8) Somehow it makes me feel satisfied though.
Did something relaxing? Check. HIMYM. Love it.
Blogged? Check.

I got the first few photographs from Dirndl test run Saturday. Check it out here.No braided hair. But a very nice 70ies like hair style.

Day 8 waiting for the bike.

Getting curious now, since the PayPal payment is finally cleared.

Dirndl test run Saturday

Back from Germany. Test wearing the Dirndl and taking some pictures. Very nice and sunny time at the castle Schloss Burgau until the rain started.

Its definitely the right decision not to wear heels and skirt and fancy make up and some accessoires every day. What a time taking process. Better not talk about the comfort of wearing skirt and heels and looking like you feel comfortable while doing that. What a pressure. *rolleyes* And you say you do that for yourself??? I tell you, what I do for me: I wear shoes that comfort my feet, I wear pants that makes be able to climb a tree without looking like a goat trying to climb a rock, because you always watch out if someone would peep. *yeehaw*

Day 7 waiting for the bike.
Finally: email from PayPal: The eCheck payment you made has cleared.
Wow! Interesting: all the time I stare at a black bicycle and now I just read its white?
Ok? Eh...well. Ok? Hmm, seems like I have to live with that. Curious because all the item pictures from the online shop were showing a black bicycle. Hmm? Delivering time is coming closer. So I will see it, when it arrives. :D Too funny.

Additional entry:
finally...*relax*

At the moment I ask no questions about my weight ;)

Mittwoch - Bergfest

Day 4 waiting for the bike.
....and its because of the PayPal Payment method. Its not always instant. This one is named eCheck. The funny part is that they get it from the bank account instantly but they clear it about five up to seven days later. So the seller will have my money these five or seven days later and then the "real shipment waiting time" begins.

Tuesday Sep 25th

Got an amazing mail in the morning from my Leipzig buddy with recommandations for headsets. Including pictures and awesome descriptions. I might want one soon for my Rosetta Stone online language course. My little micro in the cam is not that overwhelming.
Excited: I have an online meeting with Rosetta Stone Totale tonight.
Asked for allowence and here it is (out of the mail from the morning):
Headsetempfehlung 1/4

Headsetempfehlung 2/4
Headsetempfehlung 3/4
Headsetempfehlung 4/4
AMAZING!
You made my day, dear!!!!
I am pleased to be your friend.

Day 3 waiting for the bike.

Happy rainy Monday

"For after all the best thing one can do when it is raining, is to let it rain."
Happy rainy Monday and have a nice week.
...What a stormy day today. I ve just been reminded a nice windy day last year:
Let me write that down for you. Because its english and german: "So. This is ... with ... its with voice, he! ... this is white ... white oh my goodness, white rock lake. In deutsch: ehm, der weiße Steinsee. (actually 'der weiße Felsensee' would be better) *giggle* Und es gibt Haubentaucher. Wo sind sie? Eh, sie sind, eh, weggetaucht. *giggle*
der: the, weiß: white, Stein: stone, Felsen: rock, See: lake, wo: where, es gibt: there are, sind: are, sie: they, tauchen: to dive, weg: away
More pictures of White Rock Lake here: Visit Dallas in Daylight (and psst: its my vacation blog from my trip to Texas, USA) :D Dont go for it when you are hungry, its a lot of nice food in the pictures as well.
Been buying some milk after work. Just figured out that on the opposite side of the supermarket there is a very nice shop with different special grocery stuff: arab stuff, some chinese, some turkish. So I bought tahina and some lemons and fresh garlic. I even found Harissa in different styles. Chose a tube. And...
Oh, yes!!!!!!!!!! No time for decoration, just wanna eat it:
Produced some liquid gold and about to eat it right now: chick peas, tahina, olive oil, fresh garlic, juice of two lemons, cummin, little pepper, little salt. Magic. Heaven.
And look, what I found, Leipzig buddy: Harissa. *yay*

Day 2 waiting for the bike.

• Round around the block Sunday, Sep 23rd 2012

Admitting that its not been a marathon. But at least. Hey, I did it. I run a round around the block. Will check later how many metres ;) At least I know, I have a very short breath and I really can need some workouts. *proud*

...Breakfast in Maastricht: Eetcafe Rekko or Stadtscafe Lure. Decisions, decisions.
The winner is: Stadtscafe Lure.
Good decision. And: recommendation!

...Back from a very nice walk and a very satisfying breakfast in Stadtscafe Lure. What a pity that I forgot to take my cam with me. So many beautiful places and motives. Worth it to go back soon and take some pictures.

...Ohhhh, Sunday!!!! Thats what day? Yeah! Postsecret day. :D

Had a very nice chat in between and finally at six I met a friend in town to have a yummie yummie meal at Spice of India. Omg. Love it. More info and menu: here. I had 150 and 151. Very good. And advice: if you like to go there and wish to make a reservation, dont try to do it online, better call them. Much better. :)

Afterwards we walked through town and went to the bar named Rambler for a beer.

Day 1 waiting for the bike.

Being without a phone is oddly liberating

"Being without a phone is oddly liberating." Thats how my friend called it being without one temporarily. Ok, lets count the ways:

The only time I really was sorry for having no cell phone number and no landline is when my mom was not able to call me on my birthday. Besides that I dont feel a tiny need to have one. Not here, not now. There may be circumstances I might need one. But at the moment its only people telling me that I need one. Tell me why? I was born and went to kindergarden and to school - yeah, guess! No phones, not even landline phones. *gg*

Its the century of internet. Everything made electrical. Doors: opening automatically. Chances for gentlemen decreasing. Car windows: electrical. No longer interesting that if you fall into water driving a car it is much easier to turn the windows down instead of opening the doors. It might be possible that both would not be possible. Things you need to know. :) ... When you can use chats to "talk", when people are not able to look each other in the eyes and tell an argument.

And when banks are no longer able to change your postal address just on paper, because it needs "administration" time. TWO weeks, people. Two weeks my bank would need to change my postal address, if I dont do it online. Just figured that out because I needed both: a new password for my online banking and my postal address to be changed. Bad luck, that the new password would have been send to the p o s t a l address. Really. Twenty first century. Amazing. Thanks god for making everything easier with technic! *ironic*

Oh, by the way, youngsters: its called irony. Not sarcasm. Damned, what did you learn in school? Using foreign words you dont know to impress your friends? Ask wiki for the difference. Its online. Internet. Remember? The thing you need everywhere and everytime. You check it out on your smart phones. Smart phones, he? ROFL

"Oh, I never asked for your phone number." "Well, because I told you I have none."

"Hey I was busy. Here is my phone number 09876543. Thats easier now u can call me when u want." "Why is that easier? I dont have a cell phone nor a landline phone  - you are really funny." "No cellphone, come on, thats a joke." As if I would try to lie. "No joke. Why should I joke about it?" Its funny enough though. "Ok, how I get contact to u tell me. Everybody has a gsm." "Facebook? Dont you contact me right now?" ... Internet, remember, people? Circle closed?

...After flirting with some offers I did it:

Oh my goodness.
I did it.
I bought a new bicycle.
Excited waiting time starts now until its delivered.
[And: too funny regarding the last Albert Einstein quote:

Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving. ]

You are going to be mine soon:

Girl, you'll be a woman soon...

And they played what???? "Thank god I'm a country boy". By John Denver. How great is that? Let me check if I can find a video... Here you go:

Matches my feelings today: Wise Guys - Radio
