The journey back was even more interesting. I ve been asked several times how many stopovers I had-here you go:

19:45 Maastricht ...In Herzogenrath I chose the wrong train (which was leaving from the same platform 6min earlier, but to wrong direction) and so I changed at the next stop and had to wait another hour for the next one to the right direction. Arrived safe in Maastricht at 20:45.
And after all the train rides rolled together like a cat while sleeping - a nice beer in cozy Rambler.
