Working and sightseeing Saturday

Today's plans:
- work from eight til two
- meet a friend that I got to know in the very beginning of settling here to Maastricht
- dont stay out late because of baby sitting plans on Sunday

Btw: (:
I dont stay out late, I dont care to go. I'm home about eight. Just me and my radio...*sing*

Work: done. Now lets see, if it worked out for my friend to find my office. He came over from Germany. He has a car. So should be no big deal at all.

... yay, we found each other quite quick. Wow, long time not seen. Its such fun time we spend together.

... We started by trying to find Mt St Pieter, which was not really easy, because neither him nor me knew how it should look like.

We went on by asking the navigation system what sights would be near and ended up at a place named Maastricht Grotten. We had a lot of fun seeing people standing at the river waiting for a river boat to go sightseeing. Even down there there has been a great view to the area, but see how it was like up there on the hill:

Little advertisement for the beautiful restaurant over there :D
We had a great chat at that restaurant and sat outside the building until it begun to rain again. Then we prefered to sit unter the outer roof of the terrace.

Then we went to town and had a little walk. We sipped a tea at Edd's café to walk on

...to the Matuchi and had a shisha.

Had a nice chat again and enjoyed the smell of the apple tobacco shisha. We went on to a walk to Landhuis. And Landbouwelang. The Bassin. Such a beautiful place. Passing this house:
