1. Find out what it really is, what it is made of.
~~> look at the label:
Ok. People! I am a German living in the Netherlands and am curious buying grocery in an asian supermarket... Have a look: Chinese Kai Laan Does that look like a white bar of Tofu? Eh - no!
~~> Recovering what happend in the shop: I ve been asking for different types of Tofu. I ve been shown something that looked like it but had another name
~~> Whats been the name of that product? Something like 'Tahoe'
~~> asking Bing what chinese Tahoe could be, looking first for pictures of it:
'chinese tahoe' Ok, shoes. Boots. Eh - no!
'tahoe' Ok, a wiki entry telling about Tofu. Language: dutch. Eh. Change to english. Ctrl+F Tahoe: no result. But one for 'taho' Clicking Taho. Finding out that that is the Tofu version from the Philippines.
Alright. So it IS Tofu. Oki doki.
2. Search for recipes.
Eh, seems like these Philippinos only do it sweet. Bärgs. (thats no word its a sound LOL)
3. Make a decision about how it will be treated.
~~> You look like Tofu. You will be prepared like it. And the journey starts: Jump into a bath of warm water, wait for the soy sauce. Enjoy the companionship of lemon grass, onions and goji berries and relax. See how good you look afterwards:...and because everything is working easier WITH music - May I introduce you: Frizz Feicks Balladenladen (Frizz Feick's balladsbar? Literally it is ballads store)
Thank you, Frizz Feick, that you appeared into my music world. Highly appreciated. :)
Ohhhh, that reminds me postcards from Italy...let me find it... (searching for another video)...Here we are: (carefull! its different kind of music)
...back to cooking: and into the bath now jumps a bowl of white lentils. And... what else do we have...oh yes, baby, thats it: added a spoon full of coco nut cream powder. OMG tastes yummie already. A little spoon of Pataks Tikka Masala. Nom nom nom.
