Packing my chinese lunch packet

Yay, I did it: First time in my life I cooked tofu and it looks quite fine.
In the water from which I took out the tofu  I cooked rice in and onion and soy sauce and coriander and goji berries (see here).


Tastes better than it looks at the first sight :D
Hmmmmm, had a great lunch at work with my chinese grocery shifu. The soft tofu is really very soft :D Definitely worth chosing it again. Looking forward to my next cooking adventure.

... Do what you do with passion or just let go. ... Sometimes. ... Sometimes you have to let go. So I let go.


Tonight I am visiting the Matuchi again. Yay.
